The 2021 MACRAO Summer Summit Conference was held virtually from Tuesday, June 15 through Friday, June 18. Sessions took place in the morning (9 a.m.), at lunchtime (Noon), and in the afternoon (2 p.m.). For additional networking and conversation there was also be a virtual Happy Hour on June 17 at 5 p.m. and Casual Coffee chats on June 15 and June 16 from 8:30 to 9 a.m.
Session topics this year included a Plenary by Dr. Bill Pink from Grand Rapids Community College, Association Updates, Legislative Updates, Role of the Registrar, Transfer Mapping, FERPA 101, Prior Learning Credits, Secondary School Articulation Credits, Transfer Routes, Registrar and Transfer Roundtables, and "COVID-19 - What have we learned in higher education?"
