CAC has been working on developing a form for institutions to use to share catalog updates from year to year. This form will serve as a quick guide to general information for recent catalog updates. We will discuss the background behind the form, walk through how to fill it out, our hopes and dreams for the form, and leave plenty of time for discussion.
